Heartland Group opened its office August 1, 1993, and became Heartland Group LLC in January of 1995. Its founder, Kenneth R. Stock has been a registered Architect and Professional (structural) Engineer since 1974. The firm is a full service architecture and engineering firm, specializing in the following project types: churches, financial institutions, industrial, commercial, retail, office, health care, academic/institutional buildings and an occasional multi-family residential project.

Heartland Group LLC strives to provide clients with maximum quality, value and integrity. Please don't let our small size fool you, as we have designed very large, complex projects. By keeping the firm size small, professional fees can be kept reasonable, and all projects and clients will benefit from direct involvement by the firm's principal. The very latest computer technology is employed in all aspects of our work, including bookkeeping, structural engineering and AutoCAD working drawings. The business is fully insured, including over $4,000,000 of general liability coverage and $1,000,000 of professional liability coverage for potential design errors and omissions.
