The Contract Documents Phase is the
process of preparing drawings and specifications, which describe
in precise detail (in graphic and written form) every aspect of
the project, based upon the approved work in the design development
stage. The purpose of this work is to clarify all project requirements,
for acquiring accurate bids and for constructing the project. This
stage incorporates not only sitework, structural and architectural
materials, but also lighting and electrical requirements, interior
finishes, acoustical treatments, plumbing, heating, ventilation
and air conditioning, fire protection, audio visual and building
automation requirements. Upon approval of this phase, Heartland
Group LLC will submit plans for state and local approval, on behalf
of the Owner. |
