On behalf of the Owner, during the actual sitework and construction, Heartland Group LLC will attend project meetings and building committee meetings, do on-site project observation and issue inspection reports, answer contractor questions and issue clarification drawings, review and approve shop drawings, process and approve contractor billings, develop final punch list and confirm project completion.
