The Bidding and Negotiation Phase is
the process of obtaining multiple bids for all phases of the work,
the objective of which is to select contractors who represent the
best value to the Owner. Several approaches can be used: traditional
general contractor approach, construction management approach,
design/build approach. Depending upon the Owner's schedule, a "fast-track" approach
to construction could also be incorporated during the design phases
and bidding phase. Heartland Group LLC will coordinate for the
Owner the process of soliciting and analyzing bids, and awarding
contracts. |
